Leigh Ann O'Quinn

As a leadership consultant, I am passionate about creating healthy work environments through positive employee relationship coaching, effective on-boarding, and quality leadership training programs. My background as a classroom teacher has given me strong facilitation and presentation skills, as well as the ability to accommodate a variety of different learning styles. My experience as a corporate manager and new hire trainer have helped me recognize the challenges that leaders may encounter.
